Bubble Me – Derma Lush PVT. LTD. hereby formally requests Shiprocket and the concerned courier partner to conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into this shipment and provide the following:
- Signed Proof of Delivery (POD) — physical signature or OTP-based confirmation
- Delivery executive's name, employee ID, and route details for the said delivery date
- GPS/geo-tag records confirming delivery at the registered shipping address
- CCTV or photographic evidence (if available) confirming handover to the consignee
- Full shipment event log / scan history from pickup to final delivery

Bubble Me categorically requests Shiprocket to not only resolve this individual case but to implement systemic measures that prevent recurrence of such disputes. Specifically, we request:
Requested Actions — Immediate & Long-Term
- Provide authenticated POD (Proof of Delivery) for this shipment within 48 working hours of receipt of this correspondence.
- Initiate an internal inquiry with the courier partner and share findings with Bubble Me within 5 working days.
- In the event delivery cannot be substantiated, process the applicable seller protection claim / COD remittance adjustment as per the Shiprocket Seller Protection Policy.
- Assign a dedicated escalation point of contact for Bubble Me's account to handle such disputes on a priority basis going forward.
- Implement mandatory OTP-based delivery confirmation for all Bubble Me shipments (where not already active) to prevent future disputes of this nature.
- Ensure real-time delivery photo evidence is captured and stored by delivery executives for all consignments assigned to our account.
- Provide Bubble Me with monthly NDR (Non-Delivery Report) analytics to help us proactively identify and address delivery anomalies.
- 01 Shopify Order Confirmation — Order ID, date, product details, and shipping address
- 02 Dispatch Confirmation — Shipment created on Shiprocket with AWB assigned
- 03 Shiprocket Tracking Screenshot — Showing "Delivered" status with date and time
- 04 Customer Communication Record — Call log / chat transcript of customer's non-receipt complaint
- 05 Invoice / Packing Slip — Confirming correct product packed and dispatched to registered address
The above documents are available and can be shared upon request or portal upload as directed by the Shiprocket team.
